Data on Repetitive Loss Properties in Floods

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) insures properties against flooding losses in the Bay Area through the National Flood Insurance Program. Those properties that have had more than one insured flood loss are called "repetitive loss properties."

To view summary data on these properties, select a jurisdiction and click View Data.

View MAP of the general location of these properties using ABAG's interactive GIS. The map shows FEMA flood zones and streams, as well as these properties. This GIS-based viewing is suitable for DSL, cable modem, and other fast connections only. "Zoom in" capacity has been restricted due to privacy concerns. This map is for planning purposes only.
